Arlene's place is close to all the Fort Kochi attractions, and she’ll explain how to get around and see them. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and she was a gracious, informative host.

Just a normal stay, and it felt a bit like being back in a college hostel. Make sure you discuss things beforehand, like how many rooms you can use and the times you can come and go, so there aren’t any bad vibes during the trip.

The host is really sweet, and the old Dutch house has lovely architecture and ambience. It’s right in the centre of Fort Kochi, close to the beaches, markets, bienalle and restaurants. A really nice homestay.

Arlene was so welcoming and shared great tips about local shops and restaurants, along with some insight into local recipes. We also looked forward to the treats at breakfast each morning. Beechboro Homestay was relaxing, and its location made it easy to explore Fort Cochin. Our clean room was upstairs at the back and had wifi, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom. We couldn’t ask for more.

We were lucky to find Arlene's place, a real gem in Fort Kochi. She’s caring and lovely, and her 17th century home is full of history and beautiful artifacts she’s collected over the years. My partner and I had a spacious, clean room with AC and a bathtub. The location is about 10 minutes from the beach and within walking distance of most local attractions. Breakfast was delicious and homemade. I’d definitely recommend it, especially to adult visitors and couples.
