Hotel Arches

The staff were lovely and very accommodating, and dining at the attached restaurant was great, with lots of options. Breakfast was delicious, with local dishes as well as European cooked choices. The spacious, comfortable room was in a perfect location, close to the fishing port, churches, restaurants and shops.

We spent 10 days at Arches Hotel Fort Kochi with our group from Ireland. The breakfast had a top-quality mix of Indian and continental options, and our rooms stayed clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive to everything we needed. I’d happily recommend it to anyone wanting good accommodation in the heart of Fort Kochi, and we’ll choose Arches again on future visits.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and Neeraj deserves a special thanks for going out of his way to assist us. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel’s nostalgic colonial feel. The room was well equipped with toiletries, towels and tea-making facilities, and the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Room cleaning is available on request. It’s also well placed for restaurants and attractions. Thank you, Hotel Arches!

Rasoi serves good food, and the service around the hotel felt warm and attentive. I particularly liked the second-floor deluxe rooms, with their balconies looking out over the lively streets. Cafés, shops and major sights are all an easy walk away from Hotel Arches, right in the heart of Fort Kochi. Our room was spotless and lovely, with crisp sheets and cozy decor that gave it an old-world feel.
