The breakfast had a huge range of delicious options, and there are excellent seafood restaurants nearby, a real treat for seafood lovers. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, so it was easy to relax. The location is right in the tourist center, with everything within walking distance. We had a very pleasant stay in Cochin. Thanks to the friendly staff.

The flexible check-in and checkout times, depending on availability, were incredibly useful to me and something I’ve never heard of at a hotel. When I asked for a particular dish, it was available the next day. The restaurant downstairs makes Kerala food to order, and some of the meals were among the most delicious I had. It’s a place to sit, relax, and enjoy your food at your own pace. The room was immaculate, with all those little touches that make a stay feel special. In summer 2024, this hotel was one of the highlights of my time in India, a Fort Kochi jewel and a welcome haven after days out seeing sights or visiting friends and family. I highly recommend it and the amazing staff.

At The Postcard Hotel, the rooms combine intricate woodwork, local art, and calm colors for a lovely balance of heritage style and modern comfort. Its location in the heart of Kochi’s enchanting Jew Town makes this boutique hotel a hidden gem. The restaurant serves flavorful dishes inspired by Kerala alongside international choices, with fresh, quality ingredients. A soulful, authentic escape in beautiful Kochi.

The ravioli I ordered was undercooked, and earlier we were told that walk-in guests could only choose from a limited snack menu. A group of foreigners arrived a little later and were given access to the full menu. I couldn’t stay at the property, but had wanted to try the food at their Aah restaurant. The place may be stunning to stay in, but what’s the point if staff show a colonial mindset? Zero stars from me.
