Treebo Trend Backpackers Inn

The service was commendable, and breakfast was very good. But the room was much smaller and more cramped than the photo suggested, with no space for ventilation and poor lighting. The charge feels quite high for this sort of room.

The location was ideal, and they served a good breakfast. The room was budget-friendly and clean, but the linens were dirty. There was street parking, and the WiFi was poor and of no use.

The complimentary breakfast was the one good part of my stay, thanks to the kind lady who prepared it well. Otherwise, this property fell far below the Treebo hotels I've stayed at in service, management, and overall experience, and I wouldn't recommend it. I'd called and emailed ahead but got no reply. When I arrived after a long journey, nobody was at reception to help me check in. The hotel seemed extremely understaffed, with only two employees who didn't know how to handle guests or basic hospitality etiquette. The manager was especially uncooperative and not helpful in resolving my concerns, which made the stay even more frustrating.

The rooms were very poorly maintained. We booked two nights but left after just one day.
