Elephant Pass Ayurveda and Yoga Retreat Resort Hotel

I planned on staying five days and wound up extending my visit to two weeks. It was an easy place to settle into, with spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff who went out of their way to help, and a peaceful setting right by the river. The sunsets there each afternoon were beautiful, and the natural surroundings were just what I was looking for. I took the full board package and really enjoyed the food, with plenty of different dishes. They also put on a cooking class and arranged day trips. The one drawback was very slow Wi-Fi, so bear that in mind if a good connection matters to you. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay.

The location was so serene, and my three-day retreat left me feeling rested and refreshed. I especially liked the Ayurvedic treatment and yoga, which helped me relax both mentally and physically. The food was amazing, and everyone was exceptionally warm and helpful. A special mention to server Mr Shrey, and apologies if I’ve misspelled his name. It was a fabulous stay, and I highly recommend the place.

I spent two weeks at Elephant Pass Ayurveda and really enjoyed the calm, scenic surroundings and the fact that it wasn’t crowded. Dr. Archana's yoga and meditation classes were very useful, and Dr. Sara took good care of me. She was dedicated and gave me helpful insight and treatment for my autoimmune condition. The food, treatments from the doctors and therapist, and the general care were all great. I’d recommend this place for Ayurvedic treatment, especially if you like a peaceful setting. Thanks to the Elephant Pass team. I hope to come back for treatment and stay here again.

The doctors were knowledgeable and so helpful, and the treatments were professional and wonderful. I enjoyed every moment of my stay at elephant pass resort. The food was tasty, varied, and imaginatively prepared as vegetarian dishes. It was a fabulous experience in such calm, beautiful surroundings. Thank you!
