Seashore Residency

The rooms and shared spaces at Seashore Residency were clean, spacious, and restful, which made our historical Muziris trial of archeology and culture in the heart of Kodungallur,Kerala even more enjoyable. The food had great taste, presentation, and variety. Kudos to the Chefs and kitchen staff. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help. We had a really pleasant stay. Best wishes to the team.

Everything else was good. It’d be nice if they had sports or TV channel subscriptions, at least during the World Cup.

We’ve already moved rooms twice, and the AC still doesn’t seem to work. For the huge amount we’re paying, the service has been pathetic.

I attended an award function here and left embarrassed, both for myself and for the people I’d recommended the hotel to. What should have been a celebratory occasion turned humiliating because guests weren’t treated with basic hospitality or respect. The food was extremely poor, and staff were rude and dismissive throughout. When I asked for help, they either seemed indifferent or behaved unprofessionally. The service didn’t meet even the minimum standard I’d expect of a star hotel. I would strongly advise the public against holding an event here. In my experience, the hotel doesn’t respect guests or provide the basics of good service, and it has badly damaged its reputation. Unless management and service standards are completely overhauled, I wouldn’t trust it with a professional or private function. I demand to be connected with hotel management immediately to discuss this further.
