Hotel Elegant Grand

Breakfast was enjoyable, and the customer service was commendable. I gave the hotel an average rating because basic needs like Wi-Fi and other amenities weren't properly addressed. They should be better prepared to handle those gaps.

The food was amazing 🤤, and the hotel had lovely service.

The breakfast tasted great, although the choices were limited. They offered 4-5 dishes and prepared any two per person, along with hot drinks. Our stay was very good, with clean rooms, helpful staff, and good service. One bathroom had two cockroaches, which is why I'd take a star off the room rating. Otherwise, everything was good, and it's a very good choice for a night or two.

They cancelled our booking at the last minute. I can't trust them.
