At 3500, the room is very expensive for the kind of service you get, which feels like a lodge. Parking was a real hassle, and they told us to leave the car on the road. The security guard was rude and the staff weren't supportive. It didn't feel suitable for a family with kids. A hotel member even said that if they lose one customer, they'll get another. I made the same mistake of trusting the good reviews, so think carefully before booking.

Yuvraj, the manager, was especially helpful and made sure the booking went smoothly, which gave the service a personal touch. The hotel is right in the city centre, and the rooms were clean. Service was prompt and courteous, making it a comfortable place to stay.

The pure veg restaurant had very nice food, and the staff were friendly. Mr. Yuvraj is the best manager, and the management is very cooperative. Best hotel in kolhapur hotel shree sai.

A nice experience. This is a family hotel in kolhapur, with a pure veg restaurant, and all the rooms have AC.

The hotel itself is nice, but it's 4 km from the Mahalaxmi temple. While booking, the staff said it was very close, only 5 minutes away, so the distance was much farther than they told me.
