The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family of three or four, and breakfast, which was included, was good. There’s parking inside the hotel premises for cars and bikes. Keep in mind this is a budget hotel, right beside the railway platforms, so trains can be heard on and off through the day and night, although it’s also close to the city. Staff availability is limited. No one was around in the afternoon to clean the rooms, and the staff who were available weren’t willing to do it. A few were arrogant. There’s no lift, and the building has up to two floors, so that’s worth considering if elderly people are staying. The hotel should train its staff to be more polite and hospitable.

The hotel is tucked inside from the main road, and the approach is along a very narrow road, which made it inconvenient to reach. We stayed with family for a 5-6 hour overnight break while travelling from Pune to Goa, but the place didn’t look like the online photos. The building is very old and cleanliness was poor: our room wasn’t clean, the bathroom wasn’t maintained properly, and the furniture was in bad shape. We skipped breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food. The stay wasn’t satisfactory, and based on this experience I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s right beside the train station, so trains kept rumbling all night. The place looks nowhere near the online pictures: it’s very old, the rooms are shabby, and the bathroom looks gross. There was a strong phenol and napthalene balls smell, and the wifi didn’t work. Breakfast was offered in name only.

There’s a restaurant, and the rooms are clean and good, with working AC and other amenities. The hotel is right behind the railway station. My only issue is the lack of a lift. It has two floors, which could make the climb tiring for older people.

It isn’t a luxury stay, but if you want somewhere clean with hygienic food, this is a good option. The hotel has a very good location and decent parking space, with friendly staff and good rooms.
