The rates are very reasonable, the rooms are clean, and the people are good. We had no parking issues. Laxmi temple is a five-minute walk away. I'd recommend it if you don't mind a 5-10 minute walk to the temple and want good rooms at a reasonable price.

The room felt dark and poorly kept, with a stale smell that hung around throughout our stay. It was tiny, almost like a matchbox, and not comfortable or satisfying. There's no value for money here. A room that feels worth about ₹500 is being sold for nearly ₹1500. I wouldn't recommend this property.

The front rooms get a lot of noise from traffic and college activity, especially during the day. If you're sensitive to noise, ask for a room at the back, which is quieter. This place works well for groups and has decent amenities. The bathrooms and toilets were clean, and hot water was available 24×7. It's on the main road, opposite a college, and about a 10-minute walk from Mahalaxmi Temple. A good, convenient option for groups if you choose a backside room.

We didn't have a good experience because the owner asked for more money than we'd agreed on. Make sure you get the amount in writing. Also, “Non-attach” means the bathroom is outside the room and shared among different rooms. Check whether the bathroom is attached when booking, online or offline.
