Amita Guest House By OYO Rooms

The guest house is spacious, and the rooms are nice with large, open balconies. The five caretakers gave us good service. I’m pleased with the stay and would recommend it to others who are interested.

My experience was very bad. The bathroom locks were broken, and the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The bedsheet and pillow cover had already been used and weren’t changed, which made things difficult for guests. The staff and owner weren’t friendly; they only seemed to care about money, not the guests. I’d tell everyone to avoid this property, and I ask OYO not to partner with people like this. Everything was awful.

The food was good, and overall it felt like value for money. It’s a recently renovated independent house converted into a guesthouse in a residential area. The rooms were decent, and the furniture, TV, and AC were brand new.

There’s a guest house in this residential area, and the indoors are very dirty. Guests often make noise in what’s otherwise a calm, quiet neighborhood, which is really disturbing. It’s vacant much of the time, yet the booking system shows it as unavailable. As a resident next door, we’ve seen it empty and still couldn’t book it.
