The stay felt relaxing, and housekeeping was polite and came on time. The room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed and clean linens. The air conditioning and lights worked perfectly, and the washroom was hygienic and stocked with essentials. Good value for money, I’d recommend this hotel.

It’s a quiet spot with nice, clean rooms and decent service. The price is average, so don’t expect much or VIP treatment. It’s somewhat far from the airport, which is actually a plus.

I needed a proper invoice for an official trip and asked at least six times between check-in and checkout. They kept giving excuses: first it would be sent to my room, then the invoicing staff weren’t available, then it would be ready in the morning. They knew I had an early flight, but still refused to give it to me at checkout and told me to collect it from OYO. I also had to pay ₹30 for a bottle of water with an MRP of ₹18. There were no towels, soap, drinking water, or other basics for a 24-hour stay. At check-in, the bedsheets and blankets were visibly stained and the room was shockingly unclean. They changed my room only after I asked, reluctantly and without an apology or any concern. I’d strongly advise against staying here, especially for official or family travel. It felt geared toward short stays rather than regular travelers, and cleanliness, basic amenities, transparency, and professionalism were all lacking. One of my worst hotel experiences. I’ll never book this property again.

The panic this caused just two days before our event was awful. Rooms for 30 guests were booked, but at the final check the manager casually told us they were sold out and already listed as such on MakeMyTrip. We’d paid in full through MakeMyTrip four months earlier, and a month ago we’d visited, had the booking confirmed, and been shown the rooms. We then booked five more rooms on the spot. Now the app and MMT customer care still showed the reservation as confirmed, and the staff couldn’t show us any email or communication explaining a cancellation or sold-out status. The manager even said, “you guys have booked the hotel secretly!” How can they call a fully paid platform booking secret? The staff were ill-mannered and didn’t value customers. It seemed like they took double bookings despite full payment, then sold at a double price. This was chaotic and nonsense behavior. Guests should be aware of this money-driven, fraudulent behavior.
