FabHotel Step Inn

The bathroom was reasonably clean and worked fine, and getting around from the location was easy. The rest of my stay fell well short. I arrived around midnight as a solo traveler, and the person at reception kept staring at me in an unsettling way whenever I walked by, which left me uneasy. My sheets weren't clean, no basic toiletries were supplied, and the staff didn't seem to know what counted as toiletries. I got one towel; it looked poorly maintained and was taken after the first cleaning without being replaced. The mineral water bottles in the room were already open, so I worried about hygiene. I only got sealed bottles after asking several times. Soon after check-in, I also got an official-looking WhatsApp message saying I hadn't checked in and offering a “FREE stay” if I gave a missed call or clicked a link. Be cautious and don't respond. The stay missed basic standards for cleanliness, hospitality, and comfort, especially for someone traveling alone.

I told the staff before booking that my cousin planned to visit, and they said it would be fine. But when my cousin arrived, they refused to let them in and told them to wait outside. It was disappointing and really inconvenient.

The room was small but clean. They don't supply mineral water or basic items, and the pillowcases, bedcover, and towel all looked yellowish.

For a low price, I got a good-quality room and service, so I'd recommend staying here for the value. The rooms are clean and available, the food service is good and on time, and the staff provide good service. The hotel itself is very good.
