They even posted a fake positive review on booking.com in my name. We stayed three days and the room wasn’t cleaned. They barely changed the bedsheet, and only after I showed them strands of hair following checkin. The electricity kept going off and on every 10 mins. Staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t answer us even when we challenged them directly. Breakfast plates were left in the corridor, making it smell bad, and they still weren’t removed after we complained.

I paid 1.7k Rs per night for two days, and honestly it was an average stay. The location is good, and the lobby looks nice, but the room cleanliness needs improvement. When I arrived at 3 PM, there were stains on the bedsheets and pillow covers. They first refused to change them, saying the cleaning staff only come in the morning. I insisted again half an hour later, and they finally changed them and cleaned the room. The washroom floor had stains they couldn’t remove, which made me feel icky using it. There’s no restaurant or room food service. You get complementary tea and breakfast if you opted for it, but lunch or dinner isn’t available to order.

I only booked one night, and if I’d known what the room was like, I would have stayed elsewhere. The staff didn’t seem interested or welcoming, and when I got back late there was nobody around to complain to. I didn’t make a fuss since it was just one night, but I left with a terrible impression. There were stains on the walls, and the sheets, pillow covers, and towel were stained too. The bathroom wasn’t clean: there was hair on the toilet seat, the bucket and mug looked stained, and the water didn’t look clean. The handwash had been diluted with water. There was no hot water, and the bathroom door fittings had gaps that offered little privacy if you’re sharing the room. The AC remote was missing its fan speed switch, and the AC sometimes wouldn’t respond, didn’t cool properly, or stopped working in the middle of the night. Its vents were caked with dust. The false-ceiling lights were hanging, with one not working. There was no toothpaste, only shampoo and soap. They also provided ordinary water in bottles instead of packaged drinking water, which felt unhygienic. I took pictures of the problems.

We arrived with a booking, but the hotel denied the online reservation and took a separate booking in person. The staff were arrogant and unprofessional. When we asked for a clean towel, housekeeping said they had none; after we complained, someone brought one that was dirty and smelled bad. The room was filthy, from the bedsheet and pillow to the stained, smelly towels. There were spit stains on the wall. For the price, they provided neither drinking water nor toiletries. At checkout, we got a random handwritten bill instead of a proper receipt. I’m sure the hotel does this to evade taxes. A very bad experience.
