Fabhotel Prime The Water View Residency

The hotel refused to accommodate me despite my confirmed Agoda booking. At 8:30 PM, I was there with my wife, but staff couldn’t find my details and offered no help. I had to contact Agoda myself, and they arranged a full refund. The room condition was awful: mosquitoes everywhere, dirt, blood stains on the pillow cover, and a mirror with a disturbing texture that made the place feel unhygienic and unsafe. They didn’t provide water bottles or towels. Reception simply said, “We don’t provide any of them.” They also don’t allow outside food. Yet I saw a guest bring several alcohol bottles and ask reception to send glasses to the room, and staff happily did so. I stayed just one night, and the experience was terrible from the start. The place lacked basic hospitality, hygiene, and professionalism. I wouldn’t book here; they may leave you stranded at the last minute.
