The hotel is easy to find on the main road, with a rickshaw stand, buses, taxis, Ola, and Uber easily accessible nearby. Breakfast and tea were available, the staff were friendly, and the room cleaning and towel changes were good. The front desk always answered the phone and was helpful. We booked two rooms online for ourselves and my mum and dad, and had no trouble checking in. We enjoyed our stay, and it was reasonably priced for a decent hotel. The toilet flush and drain could use better maintenance, the clean sheets didn’t make the mattress springs feel any more familiar to me, and the telephone handset cord was loose and needed changing.

The meals were delicious and seemed prepared with care. Our room was spotless, nicely designed, and comfortable, and the staff were warm and courteous, going out of their way to make us comfortable. A lovely mix of elegance and genuine hospitality.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, but the room felt a little small for three people. The toilet had some water logging, and I got the impression the sheets weren’t changed every day, which could be improved. I left feeling neutral, neither fully happy nor irritated.

The hotel is in the city center, and the AC was in good condition. For Rs. 1600, it could suit bachelors or anyone looking for basic, affordable accommodation, but book under Oyo Collection, not FabHotel, which costs around Rs. 2800. It’s Oyo O Collection, not FabHotel, and travel apps like Agoda and MMT can be misleading with extra charges. There were only one or two staff, so don’t expect much service. The rooms weren’t hygienic, with unwashed bedsheets and a bathroom floor that didn’t look clean.
