I spent a week here recently and had an amazing stay. The hotel is clean, safe, well located, and has nice amenities, but what stands out most is the staff. Everyone I met was skilled, gracious, kind, and supportive. At the front desk, Sir Avirup and his colleagues helped sort out a problem with my card and gave me all the information I needed. The dining room staff and chefs were also helpful, offering delicious alternatives for my gluten-free diet. The luggage and arrival/departure staff were precise and helpful too. I'd recommend this hotel.

Nikita at reception was especially helpful, polite, and efficient, and her warm manner made things more comfortable. The rest of the staff were courteous and professional too. At Fairfield by Marriott, New Town Kolkata, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with modern amenities, and housekeeping was quick and attentive. Lunch and dinner were delicious and nicely presented. I would recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay again.

I found the rooms spacious and clean, with housekeeping keeping them in good condition throughout my stay. The restaurant staff were welcoming and attentive under Nabakishor's management. The wait staff and chefs made an effort to talk with guests, which I appreciated. Special mention to Puja and Babita, Suman and Bubai. The food was good, and Pappu made a chai I especially enjoyed.
