The location is good, and the food is decent. Room space depends on what you book: some rooms feel cramped, while the higher-priced ones are better. Service could use some improvement, and the interior needs an update. The local autos called Toto are also hard to find.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. The bar and restaurant can get a little loud, particularly in the evenings. It’s a very nice hotel.

The location is the one good point. Rooms are awful, poorly equipped, and way too expensive. Parking is inadequate, and cleanliness is basically absent.

After we returned from Sunderban, the hotel arranged a better double room for us when we asked at the counter. The first room was tiny and lacked basic amenities. Room service was okay, but the restaurant food was ordinary and the place could be improved.

The fish Chinese starter I ordered with my drink was awful, and I ended up eating only the vegetables. I went to the restaurant during Durga Puja, 24, when all the tables were taken, but there was no actual queue. The staff were still acting as if 20-50 people were waiting outside, and their manner was rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place, even on an ordinary day.
