The jet spray wasn't working properly, and the restroom was very poor quality, with a stool floating in the toilet. There were lots of stains on the bed covers, even after I asked for them to be changed. This hotel shouldn't be listed on Oyo.

I booked through Oyo three days before arriving, but when I got there in the morning the owner said the amount I'd paid Oyo was too low and demanded extra money if I wanted to stay. He knew I had a booking for that day, and even asked why I hadn't called him. If an Oyo booking means I still have to call the hotel, what's the point of these hotels being associated with Oyo? Any price or discount shown on the Oyo app is between Oyo and the hotel. The owner could have contacted me earlier if he wasn't happy with the amount. It was a terrible experience, and I hope this review helps.

I was really satisfied with my booking. The room was clean and just right, and the location was very good. The place felt welcoming, with friendly staff, and seems especially suited to couples.

The staff were lovely, and I liked the atmosphere and decor throughout. A fantastic hotel in Kolkata.

They asked for extra money after I had already paid in advance through Oyo. Their behavior was really bad, so I wouldn't recommend them.
