Dirty sheets and pillow covers, staff who didn't know how to speak to guests, and no sense of hospitality. The reception staff, especially Suraj and Parvez, who claim to be managers, were shockingly rude and arrogant over a simple request to keep a gift parcel at reception, something hotels routinely handle. There was no courtesy or professionalism, and their ego didn't match the quality of this hotel. They acted as if they ran a five-star property, though there was nothing resembling basic service. A disgrace to Indian hospitality. Avoid at all costs.

We had a really nice few days here, with good service throughout and friendly staff. Thanks to housekeeping staff Harekrishna Mondal for looking after our room and needs.

The bathroom has no ventilation, which would be tough for two or three people sharing a room. The AC wasn't cooling to the temperature it was set to, and maintenance had to make significant adjustments just to establish whether it was working. The doors don't have physical key access. We were locked out for quite a while and had to use a laptop to get the door working again. Stayed one night, and it was disappointing.

Food was genuinely good, but service was 1/5 and management 0.5/5. We had to ask several times for basic things and got no response from staff about 90% of the time. The table we were given faced west, with the sun shining straight on us, so we asked to move. They refused, saying it wasn't allowed by policy, then later gave the same table to other people in the à la carte section. Great food, but very poor service and even worse management. Not worth the stress.
