Hotel Echo Palace

My experience was very bad. The room was very dirty, and the worst part was that they sold the same room to two people at once. Please don’t book this hotel.

We waited almost an hour because the room door lock was jammed, and I had a meeting to attend. The geysers weren’t working, the linens weren’t clean, and the corridors were dirty. At lunch time, the receptionist didn’t provide us with food. They also wouldn’t refund us when we wanted to change the dates. This stay wasn’t worth it unless they fix these problems 🙏

The location was the only good thing. The room, bed and towel were dirty, the washroom was filthy with a broken latch, and neither the A.C. nor TV worked. Service was bad too. I called 2-3 times, but they made excuses and didn’t do anything. I had to check out after 3-4 hours. They should improve, or people shouldn’t go there at all.

A good hotel for an overnight stay. It felt very safe, and all the staff were good. The service was good too.
