The location felt unsafe, and there was no privacy. The contact person was completely unprofessional and acted in a way that felt threatening to the guest. Even with an OYO representative on the call, they weren’t willing to provide what had been booked and argued that we could either stay or leave. The @Oyo team should take strict action against people like this.

We left after only a few hours and had to find another decent hotel in the area. The owner kept asking us for money from the moment we checked in, and later we understood the rush: he knew we’d see how bad the room was after staying a little while. He even asked us to leave a good review on top of that. Pathetic experience. The pictures don’t match the place at all, not even 1%. The room was filthy and smelled foul. There was no mattress, just some kind of foam sheet with bedsheets laid over it, and there were mosquitoes. The bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for months, and its door lock was broken.

This is a fraudulent listing, and the hotel isn’t where the map says it is. He calls you to some random place and asks you to sleep on the floor of his two-bedroom apartment. Don’t book it at that price. It’s not a hotel or guesthouse at all, just someone’s two-bedroom apartment.
