Hotel Sunshine by OYO Rooms

The rooms were really bad, and the bathroom was beyond words. The receptionist's behavior was cheap and unpleasant. A total waste of money. Owner, please pay attention.

I was left without a room or a refund after waiting for hours. I'd booked online and already paid, but when I arrived they demanded another 1,000 rupees for no reason. I refused, and the staff got rude and wouldn't let me check in. After keeping me there for three hours without a room or refund, I finally left after about three and a half hours with no service and no money back. The receptionist and other staff treated me very poorly. The woman who calls herself the manager seemed like a huge liar to me, and the whole experience felt fraudulent and completely unprofessional. I'd never recommend this place to anyone, not even my enemies.

The place smelled of cigarette and hookah smoke, and the service was very poor for what they charge. They also refused to give me a room under my Oyo booking and tried to charge almost more than double.

I ended up having to find another hotel after they demanded extra money at check-in, even though I'd prepaid through OYO. The lower booking price felt like bait. When I refused to pay more, the staff insulted and misbehaved with me. I called the owner's number to explain, but a woman answered and backed the staff, so it seemed to me they were on the same side. Later I saw that many Google reviews described the same problem. OYO should take strict action or risk losing customers. I'd tell people not to waste their time or money here.
