Check-in and checkout were both easy, and the staff were polite and quick to help. My room was clean, maintained well, and had the essentials. Lynq Cico is handy for getting to local attractions and transport. Breakfast had a decent range, though I would have liked a few more fresh choices. It was a comfortable stay for the price, for work or leisure.

I expected a hotel in Alipore, Kolkata, to have professional staff, but I was surprised by how rudely they treated me and how little they understood what I needed. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Hotels nearby in the same price range offer better service and more professional staff. The team here needs to learn how to treat people before working in hospitality.

A good place to stay, and the staff were really helpful. I left my wallet in the room, and they helped arrange an Uber to get it delivered. I'd recommend it to friends and family.

The food service was very commendable and the rest of the stay was quite pleasant. The exception was Behari at the front desk, who was rude.

Bad food and service, and the small rooms and bathrooms were dirty and poorly maintained. The property feels very old.
