The location worked well for us, close to the metro, bus stop, and Park Street. There was a little window looking onto the small park beside the hotel. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was very nice, and service was good. Our room was clean and tidy, though extremely small, and the bathroom felt like a PCO booth with just a WC and basin. Your feet get wet whenever you use it. There were no fans because the rooms have central AC. The hotel was being renovated, and lift access wasn't allowed even though the Inn is only on the 1st floor. Promised toiletries were missing and only supplied when asked for. Wifi didn't work inside the rooms. Despite those issues, it was a fine stay for us.

It’s good value for money, especially with the excellent location, about 500 mtrs from Maidan Metro and within walking distance of the US Counsalate. The room was a little small but neat, clean, and had all the amenities we wanted. Sh.Suvendu provided excellent service, and breakfast was good.

Middleton Inn is in a prime spot, close to major attractions and transport. The hospitality was top-notch, with staff going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The front desk team were courteous, attentive, and quick to handle requests or offer guidance, always with a smile. Must visit Middleton Inn.

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and the room was clean and comfortable for the price. The kind staff made our visit especially nice. Subendra, sorry if I’ve spelled his name wrong, took care to make our room fresh and cozy each evening when we came back from sightseeing. Thank you, Subendra, and thank you Middleton Inn for making our time in Calcutta so pleasant.

The breakfast buffet was simple and small, but just what we needed, and we really enjoyed it. We stayed two nights; the rooms are compact but very nice, and the place is quiet with very friendly staff. Subhendu from housekeeping was especially kind and welcoming. The WiFi and charging sockets do need work. My husband and I would give it 4.5 out of 5.
