On a rainy day, I arrived at 8am and found the main gate locked from inside, even though they say they're open 24 hours. I rang and knocked for 15 minutes with no answer. The person in charge was asleep behind the locked door. I had to cancel my plans and rearrange my visit elsewhere. It felt like very inhumane treatment of a guest. I wish I could give them negative stars. The staff were uncooperative and awful.

Sahadeb, Shambhu, and the rest of the staff made us feel warmly welcomed. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the food is excellent. It's close to Karunamoyee island and makes for a peaceful stay.

The service was satisfactory, and both the spacious rooms and the food were good. It's a nice place to stay and worth the price, so go for it.

The rooms have AC and a TV, but there's no regular cleaning. The food costs too much for its quality and quantity, and there aren't enough staff.

Everything was nearby, and I loved the place. On my next trip, I'll try to book a room here again.
