This was my second stay at the same hotel. The rooms are good and affordable, and the staff are helpful and accountable, which is a big plus. The meals are delicious too. I hope to come back.

The staff are warm and welcoming, and the location works well for hospitals. Tika Bhai in particular is a very good staff member.

The location is fine, but the hotel doesn't look like the pictures at all. It wasn't clean, and the ambience felt shady for a solo traveler.

The reception staff weren't friendly or helpful. I had booked a room with breakfast, but they said breakfast was served only after 8 and still didn't give it to me after 8. Even after several follow-ups, they couldn't bring it, so I had to wait longer and go near the kitchen to collect it myself. The room was average, and the bathroom wasn't clean. Water came very slowly from the taps, and the toilet flush wasn't working properly.

The room and cleanliness were just so-so, and the staff behaved very badly. They don't change the bed linen every day. I wouldn't recommend this place.
