Breakfast was a nice part of the stay: two large parathas, potato bhaji and tea, all fresh and delicious. Our room was clean, and fresh towels were supplied each day. The hotel is small, three storeys, in a quiet residential neighborhood near Ballygunj station and Gariahat crossing. One thing Oyo should sort out is the naming, since the old Oyo number is still displayed. I had a good stay and would come back if I needed to.

The staff were friendly, helpful and well behaved, and room service was good. The rooms were clean, and the food was good in both quality and quantity. It’s in a pleasant part of Ballygunge, close to Ballygunge railway station, with good service available.

A small, tidy place with AC rooms, handy for business in South Kolkata. Gariahat market and Ballygunge station are both within walking distance. The food could be better, but it’ll do. Good value for money.

The rooms were clean, the staff cooperative, and the facilities listed on the website were available. Booking is online only, with a book-now-pay-later option at check-in. Outside food isn’t allowed, but you can order from the hotel menu by calling their hotline. A good place to stay around Gariahat, Kolkata.

Polite staff and nice rooms in a good location. The mini fridge was the best feature for me, handy for keeping beer cold. This is based on my stay under Oyo.
