We had confirmation from OYO that the booking was set and paid for, but the hotel still refused to check us in, saying they hadn't received it. The way they handled it was disgusting, and I felt cheated. OYO was no help either. I'm done booking through them. Never book this hotel.

They turned away our OYO booking and said it was because OYO pays them too little. The staff's behavior was unprofessional.
