Mr. Shiladitya Sengupta, the Duty Manager, deserves a special mention for his personal attention and thoughtful, proactive help. The team also took such good care of my 3-month-old daughter that we felt comfortable throughout and had a stress-free stay. The property at Raajkutir, Taj Kolkata pairs heritage character with modern comfort, and our spacious, well-kept room was carefully designed. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it. I hope to visit again.

The anniversary room setup and cake made our celebration feel even more magical. They came at an extra charge, but were absolutely worth it: the bed decoration was lovely, and the cake looked beautiful and tasted delicious. The food in general was very, very good, flavorful and satisfying. We picked Rajkutir, Kolkata for our first anniversary, and it became one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives. From arrival through checkout, the hospitality was outstanding; the staff made us feel special and went above and beyond. Sarwar from housekeeping, I think, gave us a detailed explanation of the property and its zamindar history. Kaushik and Mrinmoy also gave great service and recommendations. We had lunch with family recently and loved the food, the ambience, and the whole feel of the place. Kudos to team Raajkutir. Keep the Taj Flag flying high.

They even put on an evening program with Bengali cultural songs and dances, along with masala tea and jhaalmuri. The place has a great atmosphere for families, elders, and couples to spend quality time, and the property and service standards are excellent. Special regards to the hospitality team, from valet security Mr Kunal through to reception. Everything was good.
