My friend and I had booked a room for one night, after calling ahead to check whether the hotel had parking. They told us it did, but when we arrived the street was packed with trucks and fruit warehouses, and we couldn't park there. The staff didn't help with the hassle, so we had to use paid parking, which felt like a risky choice. A really terrible experience.

The area is near a fruit market, but that wasn't a major issue for us. The hotel felt family friendly, with a vegetarian restaurant, and the staff and managers were cooperative. We had a pleasant stay.
The room was far smaller than the 225sft advertised on booking websites, not even 100sft, and the bathrooms smelled foul and felt very breezy. We paid 2000 rupees just to use the loo once. We decided to leave within 5 minutes of checking in, but the front desk first refused to refund anything. When we checked out, he tried to persuade us the rooms were good and said they could spray perfume to cover the smell, but still wouldn't return what we'd paid. We left with no money back. He even said we could write whatever review we wanted and it wouldn't affect their ratings. A terrible stay.
The AC Deluxe room was clean, though the bedsheet wasn't. Room condition seems to depend on which type you book. I was unsure after reading the comments, but my experience was good overall. The tasty food came from a pure veg AC restaurant, and room service was available. The staff service was good, and they arranged an early morning check-in when I requested it. The metro and shopping areas were nearby. The TV didn't work, and getting to the hotel gate involves a short walk, which could be an issue for people with senior citizens or children.
The rooms and bathrooms were described as appalling, with toilets as dirty as public restrooms and little maintenance or attention to basic hygiene. Online guests are reportedly given the worst rooms, below even basic comfort standards. The kitchen was said to be filthy, with gutkha spit stains on the premises, giving it the feel of a badly maintained cow shed. Based on those cleanliness concerns, guests are strongly advised against ordering the food, with food safety seeming to be disregarded. The overall lack of care for comfort, cleanliness, and food hygiene points to poor management and indifference to customers.
