Sapphire Comforts

My room was quiet at night despite the property's central location, which made for a peaceful sleep. It was also convenient for getting around, with public transport nearby and the area easy to explore without much travel. The staff were attentive, polite, and quick to help, whether at the front desk or with room service. Housekeeping kept the room fresh each day, and the concierge offered good local dining and attraction suggestions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy bed, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and plenty of storage. I liked the simple but tasteful decor. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and had a powerful shower, though it could have been a little larger. I had a great stay at Sapphire Comforts in Salk Lake - Kolkata and would recommend it for comfort, service, and convenience.

The owner, caretaker, and the rest of the team were all very cooperative. They did their best to meet our requests, and we had a happy, comfortable stay at Sapphire Comforts. Highly recommended.

The location struck a nice balance: peaceful and green, away from traffic and crowds, but not far from the market. Restaurants and shops are a 5-10 minute walk away, City center is also walkable, and there are parks nearby. International visitors can pay with Visa cards. Service was excellent, the staff were well behaved and quick to respond, and the food was great, clean, and healthy. I stayed in an executive room with a balcony. It was simple, not fancy, but clean and hygienic. There was water, coffee and tea, and an electric water heater in the room, plus soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Toothpaste, a toothbrush, and lotion aren't provided.

The owner was a real gentleman, cooperative and well-spoken, and the food was the best part of my stay at Sapphire Comforts. The rooms were cozy and clean too. I had a great time and will come back.
