Neelima Maam deserves special recognition for how professionally and carefully she coordinated everything, from my first enquiry through to the final arrangements. The staff across the property were courteous, attentive, and warm, and their prompt help made a real difference. I had an excellent stay. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were well managed, and the service standards were high. Everything felt thoughtfully handled, and the guest experience was seamless. I’d recommend this hotel for both leisure and corporate stays.

I met Lucky at breakfast, and she was so sweet and friendly that even a small chat made my morning better. The staff were polite and helpful throughout, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole place had a welcoming feel. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. I’d love to come back.

I was on a diet but craving dessert, so the team specially made a sugar-free tiramisu for me. The next day, they made missi roti. Those might seem like small gestures, but to me they’re a huge milestone in the service industry. Hats off to everyone for being so welcoming and helpful: Neelima mam, Surojit ji, Neha ji, Faizal ji, Shubhendu ji, Ayush ji, Rimpa ji (sorry for the loss), Lucky ji, Lima ji, Ram ji, Chef Chanchal, Chef Asif, Chef Basant, and all the others. This is some of the best service I’ve ever had. Everyone was cordial, professional, and friendly.

This pub is unusual in the best way, unlike other boring, orthodox clubs, and I’d call it an underrated tiger. Chef Asif, “Al Basio,” made the sarabi kebab beautifully. The crunchy outside and tender inside were a killer combination. Mr. Sayudh was incredible serving it.

The location is fantastic, and the food quality is excellent. The staff are cooperative, with Mr. Ramkrishna especially polite and professional. The service here is truly top-notch! 😊
