The manager was polite, and the staff were experienced and well behaved. The rooms were clean and kept in good condition. A very good hotel.

Room 207 was a very bad experience yesterday. The room itself wasn't rectangular, and the bathroom was cut to half. At checkout, the manager was rude and argued with me when I said the standard checkout time should be 12, after he repeatedly told me it was 8:30. Then a housekeeping guy rudely rang the calling bell several times, telling me I was over checkout time. He was the rudest person I've experienced in Kolkata, and his behavior made me so angry I felt I could slap him. In the lift, he was talking about extra money for Navami puja. Kolkata people are very good, but this hotel's staff were nonsense.

I've stayed here 7-8 times with family and friends. The location, rooms, and bathrooms are all very nice, though the budget is a bit high. For me, it's the best hotel in Kolkata.

Hotel Ganpati Deluxe was an easy, comfortable place to stay, with a great location for visiting nearby attractions. The spacious rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. Staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend it for a hassle-free visit.

Very bad. This hotel is a total fraud. They book through an agent, then torture you. They locked us in the hotel and behaved badly toward us.
