Super Hotel O Tagore Park Laskarhat

We'd already paid, but the room was so bad that people were arguing as we came into the hotel, and we couldn't get a refund. There were cockroaches and the blankets were dirty. If zero stars were an option, we'd give zero. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

There were little cockroaches in the room, the blankets were quite dirty, and the bathroom smelled when we checked in. The staff later acknowledged these problems. The room was otherwise quite good, with good service and very nice staff. In the end, the stay was satisfactory.

For the room price, the space is good and the room is nice. Everything else was fine, but the blanket was dirty. Please clean the blankets after each guest checks out.

We ended up moving to another hotel because the place was in such bad shape. The bathroom stank and was poorly maintained, the rooms were dirty, and the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks. Staff were extremely rude and not helpful at all. I wouldn't stay here even if they paid me. Stay away.
