Townhouse 727 Hotel The Platinum

The hotel has a peaceful location and a nice ambiance, and the rooms were neat and clean. I celebrated my kids birthday party here, and the management carried out the plan as expected and fulfilled my needs. The staff were very helpful. 9/10.

For ₹2000/- a night, I didn't feel this place was worth it. The dinner, 6 pieces of Chappati and Mutton Kasha, cost ₹546/- and the meat was cold. I also think there might be bed bugs: after waking up, I had many insect bites around my legs and kept itching. The bed itself wasn't reassuring. The floor tiles could come loose if you stepped or jumped hard, and the TV setup box looked ready to fall. The working table looked ancient, and the plastic chair seemed pointless; the owner should turn that spot into a changing area. The tea kettle looked like it had never been cleaned. In the bathroom there was no geyser, so why have red and blue indicators in the shower? The toilet lid was 'yuck', and I couldn't see why there was a fan in the bathroom. If you're only coming here to sleep, you can, but if you don't want to deal with these conditions, find another hotel. Thank you!

We enjoyed staying here with family, thanks to the nice rooms and decent staff. There's a big public park right in front, which gives the place a great location advantage. The whole setup worked wonderfully for the family function we organised, and our guests had a fabulous time. Thanks to the team at platinum. Looking forward to staying again.
