I booked for three through Agoda and checked two weeks ahead that the room could fit us and whether there'd be extra charges. They confirmed there was space for three and no extra fee. When we arrived, though, they said they had no room for three and wanted another 600 for an extra bed. We saw the room, and it was much smaller than the pictures suggested, with no space for another bed. It was also very dirty, including the bathroom. Outside there were dirty pond-like areas, so the mosquitoes were easy to imagine. I'm glad we didn't stay and wouldn't recommend it, especially to tourists. P.S. It's nowhere near the airport.

For a better stay, there are three suite rooms available. The standard and deluxe rooms are both options for a comfortable budget stay around Rajarhat, but the hotel window won't give you a great view. You can spend time enjoying the facilities instead. Deluxe rooms include a sofa, while their size isn't much different from standard rooms.

The staff are friendly and the restaurant is acceptable. It's reasonably close to Kolkata Airport, and I'd still suggest staying here given the staff and airport area location. The rooms were clean, but the toilet sanitation and cleanliness need checking. The shower was pathetic, and the access road outside needs attention.

We came for a bulk booking. The rooms were okay for the price, but getting there was unpleasant: the hotel is tucked away and the road leading to it is horrible. The lift is very small, and there's no recovery method for a power failure. Four of us were stuck inside for almost 7-8 minutes.

The room was super clean and had useful amenities, including an electric kettle, tea, and coffee sachets. Staff were polite, and privacy and safety were well maintained. The service and food quality were top notch. Awesome experience, 100% recommended.
