The lift was so noisy that you could hear it from the rooms, which was very disturbing. There were also cockroaches in the room, and the pillowcases and bedsheets were very dirty.

I really liked the location, and the room was very good. A very nice hotel.

The room was fairly nice and, best of all, clean. The bathroom was okay, though don't expect it to look like the photos once you get inside. The staff were polite and behaved well, and the hotel is opposite a police station, which is a nice point. But there's no service, no telephone and no TV. Not sure why they haven't connected the TV. My room was 202. The rest is working.

The room had a hard-as-wood bed, small and expensive food portions, and the fan control knob was missing. The bathroom door had no handle, the TV didn't work at first, and the AC started leaking during the day. I called the manager several times about my complaints, but they wouldn't listen. The manager's behavior was very unprofessional. Worst hotel experience of my life.

I checked in at 7:30 am and left at 8 am, one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I'd paid for early check-in and the full day, but the room was filthy and full of mold, which I photographed. The reception guy said a refund wasn't possible. I didn't want to risk my health, so I left immediately.
