The property manager was very rude. He made us pay extra cash upfront just to check in, because he felt the rate from his booking partner was too low. He even had me call the online booking agency to ask them about his so-called "low-rate." Save your money, there are plenty of better options elsewhere.

The people at urban casa in Kolkata Kasba weren't good to us, and the place wasn't clean. They seemed to act as if they were giving guests rooms for free. Their behavior was very rude. If you don't believe me, stay one night yourself. I'm sure you'll understand.

It's a peaceful place with quiet, good roads, though it's a bit far in from the highway and the space inside is narrow. I especially enjoyed the nature on my morning walk. The street is lined with trees, not everywhere, but enough to make the walk nice.

The AC didn't work, the door lock was broken, and the bedsheets and towel were dirty. There were mosquitoes all around. A terrible stay, and I strongly recommend not wasting your money here.
