The river, adventure area, trampoline, hammocks, kids’ play area, big green lawn, and many kinds of rare birds all made the stay better. The large white hammocks against the lawn and coconut farm looked beautiful. My wife and I tried all the amenities and really enjoyed our time. Ibex river resorts is a wonderful place in nature, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere calm and peaceful. We also loved the fresh, tasty food and the employees’ courteous manner. Mr Latheef and Ms Kanchana at reception gave us a warm welcome and stayed polite and helpful around the clock. Mr Satish deserves a special mention for guiding us around the river and adventure activities. It was a wow experience for us. Thanks to the ibex management team and staff.

Kanchana at reception was so courteous and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The check-in and check-out were smooth, and the amenities were comfortable and well maintained. We also enjoyed the tasty food and good variety. The resort’s peaceful setting and scenic surroundings made it easy to unwind. We had a wonderful stay at Ibex River Resort, and I’d recommend it for relaxing in nature. I’m looking forward to going back.

We had a great time with friends, enjoying the food and spending time in nature. The meals were delicious, and there’s a good range of activities for groups, from the traditional bullock cart ride to the adventures. Playing in the accessible river was the best part, the icing on the cake. Ibex Resorts is surrounded by trees and greenery, a beautiful, peaceful place to reconnect with nature. We were welcomed warmly and looked after from arrival to checkout. Sathish helped us throughout the day, showed us the activities, kept us safe during the adventurous ones, and was always friendly and attentive. His support made the visit even better. It’s a good spot for an active day with friends or a quiet bit of solitude.

The river bath was the highlight for us. Ambarampalayam river has a natural jacuzzi-like feel, if you find the right spot to relax. The pool was excellent too, not so deep that even kids couldn’t enjoy the adult pool, and we spent over three hours there. Mr. Satish explained the day’s plan clearly so we could make the most of it, and guided us through the full rope adventure circuit. We also enjoyed the bullock cart ride, cycling, and variety of indoor games. It was a really pleasant family day out, with excellent service.

Sathish guided us patiently and politely, and was attentive and helpful throughout. From the warm welcome onward, the service made our day comfortable and memorable. We had a wonderful visit to IBEX River Resort! 🌿✨, pollachi. I’d recommend the hospitality to anyone after a relaxing, pleasant getaway, and I’m looking forward to visiting again. 😊
