The room was spacious and comfortable for a family, so the stay itself was pleasant. The restaurant, though, was a real disappointment. It took more than one hour for room service to bring a cup of tea, and the restaurant staff's response wasn't satisfactory. Food prices also felt high for the portions. For instance, an egg curry priced at Rs. 90/- wasn't enough even for two appams. Because of the poor restaurant service, I can't recommend this hotel despite the comfortable stay.

We chose the suite, and it was huge, very neat, and clean. Good hotel on the service road near Ramnattukara kozhikode, and worth the money. We didn't have the complementary breakfast, so I can't comment on it.

The AC didn't cool properly, and the bathroom supplies didn't feel hygienic. The shampoo bottle had already been opened and seemed to be left by a previous guest. There were cockroaches everywhere in the room, and cleanliness and hygiene were very poor. My stay at White Suite Hotel, Ramanattukara was deeply uncomfortable and disappointing. The hotel needs to improve its hygiene, maintenance, and guest service standards.

My suite room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed: toiletries, towels, tea and coffee supplies, bottled water, a kettle, Wi-Fi, and television. The bathroom also had shower gel and other essentials. Staff were very polite and helpful, which made the stay more comfortable. The hotel was quiet and offered great privacy, with a relaxing atmosphere. A wonderful stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch service.

We booked the whole hotel for a wedding, and everything went seamlessly. The reception staff were top-notch, especially Ajmal from the executive team. Huge thanks for making it special 👍
