Relax INN Hotel and Resort

For a week-long trip, having no laundry at all, not even a paid service, made things especially inconvenient. There was no buffet either, and the food was only okay. The rooms were mediocre for cleanliness, with bugs in the bed, while evenings brought swarms of flies and mosquitoes. The bed was nowhere near what I'd expect from a four-star hotel, and I woke up aching every morning. The swimming pool had no water and couldn't be used. At checkout, the card machine didn't work, so we had to borrow money to pay the bill. It was humiliating and stressful, and we nearly missed our flight. This was an absolutely terrible stay. I'd strongly advise booking somewhere else. No one should have to go through what we did.

The dining was a real treat for me. Relax Inn Hotel & Resort had varied menus and delicious dishes, and the chefs knew how to make the food appealing. My accommodation was luxurious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could want. The staff were always ready to help with a smile, from arranging activities and recommending local attractions to handling special requests. I felt valued throughout my stay. It was a fantastic visit, with relaxation, luxury, and memorable moments. I can't wait to return to Relax Inn Hotel & Resort and make more lovely memories. 🌅🌴🏨😊

The hotel also has a convention centre in the same compound for weddings and other events, so it seems suitable for office parties and similar private conferences. We visited four months ago for a family-and-friends food party with about 20 people. The waiters stayed patient and were very humble, and the food was great. They brought our orders in just 10 minutes.

I was surprised to find a hotel out in the middle of nowhere. The room felt fresh, spacious, clean, and the washroom was hygienic. Check-in was very pleasant. Room service and the food could both have been better, though the food wasn't bad. There wasn't hot water on tap, but they brought it in a bucket.
