The rooms were comfortable, clean, and kept in good shape, and the food was tasty with nice presentation. Hotel Surya Royal has a calm, lovely atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Staff were attentive and polite, and took care of what we needed. It was a memorable stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable visit.

The food was the highlight for me, especially the delicious Butter Chicken, which really stood out. Breakfast was good too. Hotel Surya Royal is in a prime spot in Kota, so getting around was convenient, and the staff were welcoming and cooperative. The property was kept clean and hygienic throughout. A comfortable place to stay, and I'd recommend it for the food and hospitality.

It's my first day here and I'm staying in a suite. Everyone's humble and smiling, and I love being here. It's nice and cozy ☺️

The reception staff were arrogant and rude enough that even a regular customer might not come back. If the owner calls me, I'll name the two receptionists who don't have the manners needed for service work.
