The location is the hotel’s main strength, right in a prime spot. Service can be slow, though it was satisfactory. The rooms are decent, but the fittings need an overhaul. Some doors won’t shut, and some toilet flushes don’t work.

This stay wasn’t worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend the place. It gave me the impression of a hotel geared toward couples, not families or professionals. I’d booked a deluxe room but was given a regular one because they said the deluxe wasn’t available. The room had spiders and cockroaches, and the bedsheet, pillow covers, and other linen weren’t fresh or clean. There wasn’t even a bucket or mug in the washroom, and the room telephone didn’t work. I was charged ₹50 for a cup of tea that tasted like it had been left over and wasn’t hot or fresh. They also wanted payment upfront instead of adding it to the final bill. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in the past decade.
We were five 7-8 boys travelling, and they put us in the 3 room with all facilities. The food in the restaurant was awesome, and breakfast was good with very options. Everything was clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful with everything. Really good quality-price!
We only needed a good night’s sleep at this hotel as a stop between trips, but barely got any rest. Traffic noise from the road just a couple of meters away kept us awake, and the sound insulation was so poor we could hear someone snoring in the next room as clearly as a person on the berth beside us on a train. The room was very small, and the linens had lots of red stains. Make of that what you will. The check-in experience was the worst part for us. Mine is an interfaith marriage, and on arrival the manager nearly refused us a room, saying, “People from two different religions cannot have room here”. I know hotels may deny check-in to unmarried couples. They could have asked for proof of marriage, or said that was their concern, but instead they said couples from different religions couldn’t check in. We argued for a long time and showed our marriage photos before they finally let us stay.
The room and bathroom were nice, but the food wasn’t very good. On my second visit, I rented the same category of room and had a terrible stay. Red ants were coming from the side of the bed, and the telecom wasn’t working. We asked them to fix it or move us to another room. They said they were coming, then never showed up. I really can’t recommend this hotel now.
