The service at Unlock Bar, Kota was quick, friendly, and attentive without hovering. The food was tasty and nicely presented, and the drinks felt thoughtfully made with quality ingredients. It has a lively, stylish atmosphere and music that sets a good mood. The place feels welcoming while still having a premium vibe, whether you want a low-key evening or a fun night out. I'd gladly return.

Head Chef Kaalu ji put together a wonderful meal, with fresh, flavorful dishes presented beautifully and a menu shaped around what we needed. Manager Amit Sharma was warm and proactive, and helped keep everything running smoothly. We held lunch and dinner functions at Keys Prima by Lemon Tree in Kota for my brother’s engagement and ring ceremony. Coordination was seamless, the details were handled carefully, and guests kept praising the food. The team made the day special, and I'd recommend the hotel for events.

Mausam was always there with a smile at breakfast and made things feel especially nice with how attentive and helpful she was. The whole staff seemed proud of their work, and I really have nothing to complain about. I spent about two weeks here in December. It was the best hotel stay I've had in Kota, and I'll be back on my yearly visits.

The rooftop dinner was the highlight for me. The rooftop is really cool, with views that were satisfactory, and the food was okay too, though they could improve it. Hygiene was properly maintained throughout. The hotel was beautiful and my stay was comfortable, a good place for a family vacation. Staff were courteous and helpful, and did a wonderful job while we were at the restaurant. Their hotel made our one-day Kota trip much better. Thanks to the team.
