The hotel itself is good, but talking with the receptionist left me feeling bad. His language was awful, and the staff’s behavior is very poor. It ruined my mood.

The map location was wrong, and the washrooms weren’t clean. The people working there didn’t seem professional, and they wouldn’t even give me a sealed mineral water bottle. My room was somewhere in the middle, neither very good nor very bad. I booked through the goibbo app for 404rs, but when I arrived to check in, the receptionist refused that rate.

The room was tiny and filthy, and the lift wasn’t working. These people are fraud. Even after partial payment, they often won’t give you the room when you arrive, saying they won’t accept that tariff. The receptionist asks you to pay 800/- rs. extra to a personal mobile no. Guys, don’t take my words lightly, please don’t book here.

The price they charge is higher than any 3 star hotel, but the room doesn’t look like the photos. The washroom is tiny, the bedsheets and towels aren’t clean, and the staff behave badly and don’t cooperate with anything. Worst hotel.

The staff behaved very badly, and at 3 AM the receptionist refused my booking. I’d booked two days, 5th May and 6th May, through Oyo because I was reaching Kota at 2 AM on 6th May. They said they weren’t accepting online bookings. If you don’t accept online bookings, why list the hotel on any online platform? Worst hotel, don’t book.
