The rooms look okay from outside, but the service was awful. When we came in, the boy dropped our luggage and things. There’s no lift, even though the place is rated four stars, and there’s no food. NEVER COME HERE!

FAKE. FRAUD. This isn’t a hotel, it’s an under-construction property that has apparently been opened without a licence. I’d told them I was arriving at 4 pm, but when I got there at 10 pm the room still wasn’t clean. There was a used towel in the washroom, no water supply, a broken flush tap, and a geyser that didn’t work. The bedsheet and comforter were dirty, cigarette ashes were left in the room, and exposed live wires were in both the washroom and room. As it was late and I was alone, being a woman, I stayed just one night and left early in the morning. They charged me Rs. 1200 and provided zero service.
