The team and staff were amazing. I was there in summer, though, and the weather and AC weren't supportive.

If hygiene and a clean room matter to you, don't book here. They use torn bedsheets, and the sheets aren't properly cleaned either.

There are signs everywhere saying 800rs, but once you arrive they demand a higher price, like 1100 rs. The staff were very rude, and the whole thing was a waste of time. Don't go.

The room was far too small, and the cleaning was poor.

The room was dirty in several ways: dusty surfaces, a bathroom that hadn't been cleaned properly, dirty towels, bins left full, and stained carpets. It felt neglected, especially for what I paid. The room cost far too much given its condition, and I didn't get value for my money. Cleanliness should be a basic priority. I hope management reviews its housekeeping so other guests don't have the same experience. I would think twice before coming back unless things improve. The dirt and lack of care really marred my stay.
