Winterbourne Chalet Guesthouse

The homemade food was delicious, and they even adjusted the spice level for me. Staff were extremely friendly and polite, and the house was beautiful with everything you could ask for. We stayed one night with friends. It’s a great spot to crash, relax for a while, and enjoy the lovely nature around. Thanks for having us!

For all three days, the service from caretaker Mr Surendar was impeccable. He was attentive and always ready to help. The room was neat and clean, and the food was very delicious. The property’s location is picturesque and fascinating, and what we found matched exactly what was shown on the website. It was a pleasant stay.

The lush green tea gardens and hill views all around made for a lovely, peaceful stay. This spacious, well-designed Holiday Home is right on the main road, so getting there was easy. The house is well maintained, with enough privacy for each room, and the breakfast was delicious. Caretaker Siva was always nearby whenever we needed anything. My only reason for taking off a star is that there wasn’t a full-time in-house cook. Once that’s in place, it would be absolutely superb.

The house is lovely inside, with roomy rooms, and the place itself is beautifully designed. I spent two days there and felt safe, with CCTV coverage too. Mr.Shiva was especially helpful and attentive, and both the menu and the food were really good. They also have a bonfire setup.
