Kovalam Green Palm Resort felt calm and refreshing, and the welcoming staff helped me relax after the tough times of the pandemic. Everything was clean and maintained, and I felt comfortable. You can see the effort put into making it a good place for a nice vacation.

Hawa beach is about a 7-minute walk away, and the hotel sits among green trees. Our room was spacious, furnished well, and clean, including the washroom. We had a large balcony overlooking coconut trees, plus a rooftop seating area on the fourth floor right in front of our room. The weather at the end of December was nice. Our three-bed room had two adjacent rooms and two AC units, but one didn’t work. The other was supposed to be automatic, though it wasn’t, and there was no remote. The room lighting was also too dim. Bigsize bus can’t get onto the hotel road.
